Our Discovery

Ndila is an indigenous South African word in the Tshivenda language meaning direction, way or path. We are on a path to creating a sustainable future, in a way that benefits the three pillars – economy, environment and society – and setting Africa in the direction of growth and development, setting the bar of standard very high.

Ndila Civil & Environmental Group was established in 2017 to take on the challenge of finding sustainable solutions to increasing demand for space and resources as well as the effects of climate change to meet the world’s challenges head-on. Our goal lies in contributing to a sustainably developing world by integrating infrastructure development and green techniques.

We pride ourselves in forging ahead to implement tools to reach a number of Sustainable Development Goals as well as Millennium Development goals as set out by the United Nations. We bring together a unique set of skills across a range of sustainable development areas.

We believe in shared knowledge and teamwork to bring together new innovative ways to combat challenges in a changing world. We function with the knowledge and skills gained by our team as well as those of partners all over the world.
